Mechanical engineering by training and being in the precision manufacturing industry for a glorious 15 years, yet Francis Lee is no stranger to Photography. After making a bold switch of work portfolio in 1996, he spent many fruitful years as a photographer and a photography instructor which taught him the importance of visual engagement.
Before making his mark at the local media scene in 1997, Francis stringed for a diverse range of organisations and numerous visual-art related agencies. In most roles, he was responsible for compounding, editing and presenting story-telling visuals.
Imposing lofty standards on himself, Francis always pursue for excellence be it when he shoots for assignments or when he conducts his photography courses and workshops. With more than 19 years of teaching experience, his photography courses are always highly acclaimed by many and were also endorsed by The National Arts Council, The People’s Association and registered with The Ministry of Education.
Besides conducting photography workshops, Francis also 'lend' his expertise in judging and sharing photography competitions, and in National and Regional photography seminars such as being a panel judge in *Canon's Photomarathon, *Epson's 'The Circle of Life', *MOE's 'New Media Art Camp', *Asian Geographic 'OneAsia Festival, *NUS PS's 'Montage'

Jan 1997 While also the Vice-Chairman of Tampines North Community Club Photographic Society, Francis conducts Foundation and Intermediate Photography Courses endorsed by People's Association.

Oct 2000- April 2004 Setup Streats' Photo Dept and became it's editorial pioneer team.
Photographic Exhibition 2001 / 2003
Held 2 photographic exhibition namely, "The Living Lens" and "Small Arms Big Matters" with students. Both exhibitions were jointly organised by NLB, North East CDC, Canon Singapore.
Photography programmes endorsed by The National Arts Council in 2005. Registered and approved by Ministry of Education to share programs at MOE Pri / Sec / JCs / ITE / Tertiary level institutions.

Food and Beverages Photography
a great foodie shot is never by luck. Many may not know why it's special but the fact remains that certain essential elements must come together to make the UMPH factor. I love eating, eating good food that is and more than that; i love photographing them and i know & understand what's appealing factor is.
Due to the complexity nature of foodie assignments, it's kinda abstract to provide an exact fee but that shouldn't stop you from talking to me, let me known of your requirement and perhaps i can offer you more ideas of what's going into your menu.

Interior-Deco Photography
Interior-Decor Photography, really getting 'inside' to the soul of the house. It says so much of it's owner personality more than their lifestyle... hence i worked very closely with all these Kings & Queens of their palaces. I'm meticulous to details from natural light vs ambient , wanting to capture the mood intended and a lot more on Colors, Contrast & Form.
